- Regarding the dates of the Carioca Championship: the eleven rounds for the Guanabara Cup are between January 12th and March 12th, thus being the points phase.
- Then, the semi-finals will be played in a round-trip format between March 15th and 26th. The final clash of the Championship is scheduled for April 2nd and 9th, also in a round-trip format.
